You are entitled to an exchange if we unfortunately deliver a product that is not the same as the item depicted on minimax.com.au or if we sent the wrong item. If an item is missing from your order please let us know which one so we can rectify this asap for you. Please contact us here and state the product description, include image and invoice number in the form. 

Please make sure you contact us within 7 days of accepting delivery.
