We have a 30 Day Change of Mind Returns policy. (Pls note "ONLINE EXLUSIVE" items cannot be returned to a Minimax store).

To receive the full refund paid for the product it must arrive back in original packaging/ condition as received, un used and with labels attached. Images of the product returning are required for return approval. 

Once images & condition of product received approval will be provided for the return.

Please re packaged back up and return to your nearest Minimax store for a refund. If you are not located near a store then post back to our warehouse, the address details can be provided once you confirm how you wish to return the order.

If returning via Aust Post please share the tracking details so the refund can be promptly processed back to your account.

What is your change of mind return policy?

Minimax offers two types of gift cards. 

A physical gift card that can be used in one of our stores & sent to the recipient by Express Post or an online gift card code for use only on our website. 

When selecting please consider the recipients location to determine what is best for them.

Want to earn points while shopping online? 

Please ensure your online order contains the same email address as the one in your member profile & your order will automatically sync back to your account. 

If you have not received an email to activate your online profile your email may not be recognised when attempting to set a password. No stress, contact Customer Support & we can send one through. Click the here for our full T&C's.

Shopping online if your are a member?

Most orders are processed the next business day and dispatched within 72 hours by Aust Post. 

Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend won't be processed until Monday. 

Please contact customer support for the latest update on dispatch times.

Order dispatch times?

Stock held in our stores can be ordered online through the click & collect service. The stores will process your order within 3 hours during business hours & you will receive a message from them advising when the order is ready for collection.

If the store location does not show available with a green tick on the web page for the item you wish to order then the store may not stock it & suggest calling the store direct to inquiry.

Please contact the store where the order is placed if you decide to cancel or make any changes. Details are provided in the messaging from the store.

Also, we have sent you an email for your order details and tracking so you can check it there. If you have further questions please let us know.
