If the product you received does not meet your expectations in terms of size or quality, and you need it to be exchanged, you are welcome to return the order to any of our Minimax stores, provided the product is in its original saleable condition and the return is made within the stipulated period from order placement. Don't forget to bring proof of purchase for the return.

If you cannot make it in store, you can request the Returns address to post the product back to. Please note that Minimax does not offer free returns shipping for such cases.
