How can I return a product that I ordered incorrectly or changed my mind about?Updated 5 months ago

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product after making a purchase. To facilitate a return for a change of mind, Minimax offers a 30 Day Change of Mind Returns policy. The product must be returned in original packaging/condition, unused, and with labels attached. Please provide images of the product for return approval. You can return the product to any Minimax store for a refund, or if you are not near a store, you can post it back to our warehouse after receiving approval for the return.

If returning via post, please share the tracking details so the refund can be promptly processed back to your account. It's important to note that Minimax does not offer free return shipping for change of mind returns. If you have further questions or require assistance, please contact us.
